Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Java Developer with strong experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have experience building microservices and scalable APIs while working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Java-based backend systems.
• Build and manage microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
• Integrate with external systems using RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product owners, and QA teams.
• Optimize application performance and handle debugging and troubleshooting.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in code quality and architecture.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum team with continuous integration and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Proficient in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Java EE.
• Good understanding of Microservices architecture and design principles.
• Strong in SQL, RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
• Familiar with REST APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of Java internals: memory management, threading, class loading, etc.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred/Good to Have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to healthcare or B2B product environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
