Interior Head with exclusive international work experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete interior design lifecycle from concept to execution for Ridhira Group’s projects, incorporating

  international design standards and aesthetics.

• Develop innovative design strategies influenced by global trends, focusing on luxury, wellness, and sustainability.
• Create and present design concepts, mood boards, material boards, layouts, and detailed presentations that reflect world-class quality.
• Collaborate with international and domestic architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless design integration.
• Source and select premium materials, finishes, and furnishings from global markets, ensuring top-notch quality and exclusivity.
• Supervise interior execution at project sites to maintain international benchmarks in quality and precision.
• Manage multiple large-scale, high-budget interior projects simultaneously within stipulated timelines and budgets.
• Build, manage, and mentor a design team capable of delivering international-grade interiors.
• Establish partnerships with global vendors, suppliers, and consultants to bring unique designs and materials to Ridhira projects.
• Ensure all interior designs comply with global sustainability, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the development of Ridhira’s brand identity by introducing differentiated interior experiences.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven track record in leading

  luxury interior projects internationally

  across residential, hospitality, or wellness segments.
• Strong knowledge of global design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent design presentation skills and an eye for detail.
• Extensive international vendor and sourcing network.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced project environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from an internationally recognized institution.

• Minimum 12-15 years of interior design experience, of which at least 8 years must be in international markets.

• Candidates with project experience in regions like the Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia, or North America are preferred.
• Exposure to large-scale luxury hospitality or wellness projects outside India is mandatory.
