Role Overview:

Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects across residential and commercial verticals.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee design documentation, BOQs, material selections, and site execution.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and interns.
• Ensure design integrity, budget alignment, and timelines are met.
• Stay updated with trends in design, finishes, sustainability, and tech.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio across sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and presentation tools.
• Excellent sense of space planning, detailing, and finishes.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to lead projects independently from design to execution.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in design & build (turnkey) environments.
• Knowledge of sourcing, vendor ecosystems, and local material markets.
• Understanding of sustainable and innovative design solutions.
