Job Title: Technical Recruiter With Middleast Hiring Experience– IT & Telecom

Location: Hyderabad Office (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in IT and Telecom recruiting 

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience sourcing, screening, and selecting 

top talent in the IT and telecommunications sectors. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging 

qualified candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and collaborating closely with hiring 

managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely hiring of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:

o Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and Telecom positions, including sourcing, 

screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.

o Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing 

techniques such as networking, job boards, social media, and direct sourcing.

o Leverage recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and technical job boards

to attract top talent.

• Client/Stakeholder Management:

o Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and project-specific 

needs for various technical roles, including software developers, network engineers, 

system architects, and telecom professionals.

o Provide timely updates and status reports to hiring managers and other stakeholders 

throughout the recruitment process.

• Screening and Selection:

o Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, 

and cultural fit.

o Evaluate candidate qualifications and technical expertise related to IT and Telecom, 

including programming languages, cloud technologies, network infrastructure, 

telecommunications protocols, and software development methodologies.

• Offer Negotiation:

o Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, and ensure the candidates have a 

smooth onboarding experience.

o Provide a strong candidate experience by communicating proactively and ensuring 

transparency throughout the hiring process.

• Recruitment Strategy:

o Stay current with industry trends in IT and Telecom to ensure a deep understanding of the 

evolving technology landscape.

o Collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve recruitment 

practices, streamline processes, and achieve hiring goals.

• Employer Branding:

o Contribute to strengthening the company’s employer brand through networking events, 

tech meetups, and industry-related activities.

o Use social media and other digital platforms to promote job openings and the company’s 

culture.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in IT and 

Telecom sectors.

• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT and telecom roles, technologies, and market 

trends. Familiarity with technical concepts like cloud computing, networking, software 

development, telecom infrastructure, DevOps, 5G, etc..

• Technical Aptitude: Ability to screen candidates for a range of technical roles such as software 

engineers, network administrators, systems architects, telecom engineers, and IT project 

managers.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact 

with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.

• Tools: Hands-on experience with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever), sourcing 

platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, Naukri).

• Sourcing Techniques: Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, 

headhunting, networking, and passive candidate engagement.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced 

environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in technical recruitment (e.g., Tech Recruitment Certified Professional) or HR (e.g., 

PHR, SHRM-CP).

• Prior experience working in a staffing agency or corporate recruitment with a focus on IT and 

Telecom.

• Familiarity with telecom protocols, network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and other technical 

systems relevant to the telecom industry.

• Proven ability to work on roles across multiple geographies, especially the MENA region.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
