Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with proven expertise in working with direct clients and VMS/MSP-based environments . The ideal candidate will be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and placing technical candidates across a variety of IT roles, while building strong relationships with account managers, hiring managers, and candidates. Responsibilities: Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with candidates, and submitting profiles to clients/VMS platforms. Work closely with Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, and VMS/MSP to understand job requirements and deliver top-quality candidates. Source candidates using multiple channels, including Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal ATS . Screen candidates for technical fit, cultural fit, and communication skills. Negotiate pay rates on W2, C2C, and 1099 arrangements. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Coordinate interviews, track candidate feedback, and facilitate onboarding processes. Ensure timely submission and maintain high submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios . Update internal ATS and maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and status. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with strong exposure to VMS/MSP and direct client environments. Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates across multiple technologies and domains (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, ERP). Familiarity with VMS tools like Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, or similar platforms. Excellent knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT). Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Experience working with ATS systems and CRM tools. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Prior experience working with large system integrators or staffing vendors . Strong network of candidates and consultants.
