Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at ARTIUM located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process. The Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the Ed-Tech industry and startup culture. · Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods to ensure a high-quality talent pool. · Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer stage, providing timely communication and support. · Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners to foster a positive recruitment experience. · Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. · Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Qualifications · Min experience of 4 years in full cycle recruitment · Experience in sourcing and screening candidates · Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Strong organizational and time management skills · Experience in the Startup/edtech industry is a plus.
