Senior C++ Developer

hands-on role

What You Will Do

• Design and develop 

  low-latency, high-throughput

   C++ components for trading platforms
• Build core modules such as 

  order matching engine

  , 

  FIX engine

  , 

  market data parsers

  , and 

  execution gateways

• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for real-time applications

• Optimize performance through multithreading, memory management, and system profiling

• Integrate external APIs, market data feeds, and connectivity layers

• Work closely with team leads and QA for implementation, debugging, and performance tuning

• Contribute to system architecture discussions and product evolution

• Maintain code quality, participate in code reviews, and follow best practices

• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver high-reliability solutions under pressure

What You Bring

• 5+ years

   of experience in 

  C++ software development

• Strong experience with C++11/14/17

  , STL, Boost, and system-level programming
• Solid knowledge of 

  multithreading

  , 

  network programming (TCP/UDP)

  , and 

  memory optimization

• Experience in low-latency

   and 

  real-time system development

• Familiarity with Linux

  , 

  gdb

  , 

  valgrind

  , and performance profiling tools
• Exposure to 

  financial protocols

   like 

  FIX

  , 

  FAST

  , or proprietary market data protocols
• Experience with 

  message queues

  , 

  shared memory

  , or high-performance IPC mechanisms is a plus
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 

  Computer Science

  , 

  Engineering

  , or related field
• Experience in trading, market data systems, or financial exchanges is a 

  major plus
