POST- Sr. Export Executive

JOB LOCATION- MANESAR-(85% )*,GURGAON- (15%)*
EXPERIENCE- 3-5 Years of experience in Export Logistics, Export Documentation, Customs Clearance knowledge, advance licensing, Exim documentation & related functions preferably within IVD/Medical device manufacturing company

Candidate- must have experience in handling the logistics part as well coordination with Buyer

Key Responsibilities

• Export Orders handling
• Handle orders management and share information to PPC for planning and do the need for Dispatch of Export shipment.
• Making Pre and Post shipment documents, Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and COO timely.
• Making MIS completed shipment and pending order status.
• Coordinate to International customers timely reply on day-to-day basis.
• Customs handling:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations. Specially Export requirement.
• Coordinate and oversee international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics providers.
• Optimize shipping routes and methods to minimize costs and transit times.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
• Stay updated with changes in international trade laws and regulations.
• Customs knowledge, Knowledge of Foreign Trade policy (DGFT) and Import-export Code (IEC).
• Cost Management:
• Analyse and control costs related to import and export operations.
• Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising service quality.
• Prepare budget reports and financial forecasts related to logistics and shipping.
• Team Coordination:
• Lead and supervise a team of import/export coordinators.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Customer Service:
• Address and resolve any issues or delays in shipping that affect customers.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their shipments.
• Technology and Systems:
• SAP /ERP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
