Key Responsibilities

Ø Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives/Sr. Sales Executives in the assigned area.

Ø Responsible for the development and performance of all sales strategies in assigned market.

Ø You will supervise/manage the distributor network to achieve desired sales objectives thereby ensuring the achievement of financial and ethical objectives of the division as per the business strategy.

Ø Develop area sales plans aligned with company objectives.

Ø Achieve revenue targets across product verticals.

Ø Drive expansion in untapped territories and support new product launches.

Ø Monitor sales team performance, provide coaching and training.

Ø Maintain relationships with large accounts, channel partners, and distributors.

Ø Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ø Coordinate with service, logistics, and marketing teams for seamless execution.

Requirements

Ø Graduate/Postgraduate in Biotechnology/Life Sciences or MBA in Sales/Marketing.

Ø 5–8 years of sales experience in IVD or related healthcare industry.

Ø Prior team management experience is a must.

Ø Strong analytical, leadership, and people management skills.

• Knowledge of regulatory norms and tender processes is desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
