Senior Executive Tele Sales and Client Servicing

Key Success factors for an Individual:

What the Role offers :

The position holder will be an individual contributor
Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients Ensure that clients are using and derive benefit from IndiaMART

Key Responsibilities :

Achieve weekly, monthly sales and client retention targets
Prompt resolution of client complaints Daily 18-20 client video meetings and call discussions Accurate mapping of products/services in clients e-catalog Systematic follow-up with the clients to ensure time-bound closure
