Position description:

Digital Product Owner is required to lead the development and deployment of digital products that enhance manufacturing operations in the TVSM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, digital product lifecycle management, and a deep understanding of automotive manufacturing processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for digital solutions in manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, Quality assurance, Production Engineering and business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features

Lead Agile product development cycles, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.

Translate manufacturing needs into digital product features that improve efficiency, quality, cost, safety and morale

Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Deliver measurable business value within target timelines using Agile frameworks and stakeholder collaboration.

Ensure seamless deployment and integration of digital products into existing manufacturing systems

Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, and smart manufacturing

Additional Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

3+ years of experience in digital product development, preferably in manufacturing
