Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize

  performance marketing campaigns

  on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
• Build and scale

  Facebook Lead Generation Ad campaigns

  , including audience research, A/B testing, and creative optimization.
• Create high-engagement

  ad creatives and content

  using tools like

  Canva, Leonardo AI, Runway ML, Pika Labs, InVideo, OpusClip, and 2Shorts AI

  .
• Lead

  SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  strategies to boost visibility, rankings, and traffic.
• Implement and manage

  digital marketing automation workflows

  for email, retargeting, and nurturing leads.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling marketing assets.
• Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights using

  Google Analytics, Meta Insights

  AI-powered tracking tools

• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, ad policies, and AI marketing tools to ensure cutting-edge campaign strategies.
  

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proven expertise in

  Facebook Ads

  (especially Lead Generation)
• Strong hands-on experience with

  SEO, SEM, SMM

• Ability to execute campaigns using

  marketing automation platforms

• Creative content production using tools such as:

• Canva, InVideo, OpusClip, 2Shorts AI

  (Video and visual content)

• Leonardo AI, Runway ML, Pika Labs

  (AI image and video tools)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior/managerial role
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar is a plus
