About the Role

Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

Perform exploratory data analysis, build and optimize classification/regression models, and create visualizations.
Work with numeric, imaging, and textual data for wrangling and insights.
Apply statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras).
Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data science solutions and ML services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, proactively learn new technologies, and adapt to evolving data science methodologies.
Mentor junior members and contribute to the team’s knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in
Data Science
.
3+ years in exploratory data analysis, visualization, classification/regression algorithms, and statistical modeling.
Strong programming skills (Python preferred) with solid understanding of OOPS concepts.
2+ years of domain experience in
Healthcare, Finance, or Banking
.
2+ years working with
ML frameworks
(Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.) and cloud platforms.
3+ years handling numeric, imaging, and textual data wrangling.
1+ year mentoring junior team members.

Good to Have

Experience with
MLOps
and
DevSecOps
practices.
