You’ll work with global clients, design custom programs, and empower teams to make smarter, data-driven decisions. If you can own a room — virtual or in-person — and love making tech engaging, this is your opportunity.

What you’ll do

• Deliver corporate training sessions (minimum 10 days/month) for international clients
• Design custom training programs and support pre-sales conversations
• Develop engaging content — e-learning modules, manuals, presentations
• Lead and mentor the training team, building a high-performance culture
• Collaborate with clients to understand training needs, plan delivery, and ensure ROI
• Stay ahead with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices
• Travel globally as per training schedules

• Strong personality with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proven B2B corporate training experience (data, analytics, BI)
• Flexibility for international travel
• Confidence in pre-sales conversations and customizing training plans
• Continuous learning mindset
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively
