Business Development Manager (BDM) – Digital Marketing Agency Location: Suit- 206, H-160, H Block, Sector 63, Noida Shift timing: 2:30pm to 11:30pm About Us: We are a dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content strategy, and web development. Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the agency's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading sales efforts. Your role will directly impact revenue generation and the expansion of our client base. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Sales Strategy ● Identify and research potential clients across various industries. ● Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to generate qualified leads. ● Utilize networking events, online platforms, and industry events to expand the client base. 2. Client Relationship Management ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. ● Understand client needs and tailor digital marketing solutions accordingly. ● Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships. 3. Proposal Development & Pitching ● Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. ● Highlight the agency's strengths and capabilities to address client challenges. ● Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets. 4. Market Research & Strategy Development ● Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and new opportunities. ● Analyze competitors to develop effective marketing strategies. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with business goals. 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting ● Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics. ● Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities. ● Adjust strategies based on performance data to achieve targets. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ● Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in business development within the digital marketing industry. ● Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals. ● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Familiarity with digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.) is a plus.
