Senior Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 

* General Ledger Management: Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger, including subsidiary accounts. 

* Account Reconciliation: Performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. 

* Tax Preparation: Preparing tax documents and supporting tax audits. 

* Compliance: Ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other relevant regulations. 

* Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. 

* Audits: Assisting with both internal and external audits. 

* Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in accounting processes and procedures. 

* Supervision and Mentorship: May supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. 

* Financial Advice: Providing financial advice and analysis to senior management. 

Skills and Qualifications:

* CA Intermediate (CA Inter): A strong foundation in accounting principles and practices is essential. 

* Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making. 

* Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is typically required. 

* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders. 

* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks. 

* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to financial reporting and accounting processes.
