Job Summary:

   (e.g., Jenkins, Bash/PowerShell, Chef/Ansible/Puppet/SaltStack)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and build automation tests—smoke, feature & regression.
• Create mocks, emulators, fakes, stubs, and maintain test-case libraries for full story coverage.
• Coach and mentor junior Quality Analysts.
• Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps teams to enhance CI systems, virtual labs, and automated quality reporting.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies and own sprint deliverables.
• Work with stakeholders to audit requirements, identify quality issues, and improve quality processes and reporting.
• Plan and execute test strategies: smoke, feature, and regression testing.
• Review peer code for testability and maintainability.
• Write BDD-style use cases to drive automated and manual tests.
• Develop, prioritise, and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Diagnose, log, and track bugs—support issues from discovery to resolution.
• Follow best-practice QA standards and departmental processes.
