Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Experience on Order Management, WMS, Shipping, Pricing, PO
• Should have 10-12 years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP SCM processes with expertise in Oracle SCM
• Should be able to understand Business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
• Testing and deployment of custom solutions for Oracle SCM
• Co-ordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
• Lead Super User training and support other training related activities.
• Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes and provide ongoing support to resolve functional issues.
• Supporting Data Conversions for SCM data elements
• Go Live and Production Support for projects.
• Support during month end closing related activities.
• Familiarity with SCM related SOX audit procedures
• Apply knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite SCM modules to contribute to the successful implementation of finance and accounting solutions. Should be able to configure all SCM modules independently.

Good-to-Have

• Should be able to create proper documentation during various phases of the project including process flows, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize SCM processes.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and system capabilities.
• Conversant with use for Data loader, WebADI
• Some Oracle technical skills preferred (SQL, xml publisher)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team player and willingness to learn new things.
• Mentor end-users on advanced features.
