Refine and calibrate existing/future physical models to increase predictive capability of the models. Be proactive in identifying potential issues and addressing them early. Demonstrate strong device physics approaches and achieve/maintain device modelling skills. Look for opportunities in advancing modelling activities (e.g. transient, reliability, variation or retention modeling) Make key decisions for the team, as well as provide clear direction, goals, and metrics for success of the team. Take part in cross functional teams to solve critical problems. Understand technical literature and apply it to ongoing TCAD projects. Create intellectual property through promptly writing up patent disclosures & filing them.
