Job Description

Position: SAP HR Lead Location: Onsite (Riyadh) + Offsite (India – WFH) Experience: 10+ Years in SAP HR/HCM Availability: IMMEDIATE Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP HR Lead to oversee the SAP Human Resources (HR) workstream during the implementation phase. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage timelines, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring the seamless integration of SAP HR/HCM and SAP SuccessFactors with broader business systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the SAP HR stream in full-cycle implementation projects, from planning through go-live and stabilization. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies. Act as a subject matter expert across SAP HR modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, ESS, and MSS . Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation) and integration with on-premise SAP HCM. Design and implement integration strategies between SAP HR, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and third-party HR/payroll/time systems. Translate complex HR business processes into system-based solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Lead and guide data migration activities using tools like SAP Data Services and LSMW , ensuring accurate and secure HR data transfer. Engage effectively with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment of deliverables with business goals. Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members to foster knowledge sharing and capability building. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in SAP HR/HCM implementations and support. Proven leadership in managing large-scale SAP HR projects. Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and its integration with SAP HCM. Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices. Experience with data migration tools and methodologies. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Global HR project experience is highly preferred. Nice to Have: SAP Certification in HCM or SuccessFactors modules.
