About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Salesforce Lead Generation Specialist with a successful track record of sourcing and qualifying high-quality leads within the Salesforce services domain. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Salesforce offerings, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and should be well-versed in B2B lead generation strategies targeting decision-makers across global markets. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads and opportunities for Salesforce consulting, implementation, and support services. Identify key decision-makers through outbound outreach strategies such as cold emails, LinkedIn networking, and lead databases. Conduct research to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective Salesforce clients. Work closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to pass qualified leads for proposal and deal closure. Use CRM tools to track interactions, set appointments, and report on lead conversion metrics. Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns and messaging. Requirements: 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation specifically for Salesforce services (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Demonstrated success in generating warm leads through outbound campaigns and digital outreach. Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and typical client pain points. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders. Experience working with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms like Salesforce. Preferred: Background in IT services or Salesforce partner firms. Familiarity with Salesforce partner network and AppExchange listings. Ability to qualify leads using BANT/CHAMP frameworks or similar.
