Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and organized Learning & Development Executive to design, deliver, and manage training programs for field employees in our pharmaceutical division. This role plays a key part in enabling performance through strategic training, coaching, and continuous development of our sales and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

• Plan and prepare Individual Training Programs (ITPs) and Business Training Programs (BTPs)
• Deliver ITPs and BTPs with strong alignment to business objectives
• Conduct field coaching sessions during non-training months as per divisional needs
• Ensure administrative discipline in training execution and related processes
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and feedback records for all programs

Customer-Centric Development:

• Design and implement customized L&D programs for Business Officers (BOs)
• Execute L&D strategies within defined timelines
• Monitor and evaluate participants' progress and provide actionable feedback

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong background in employee training and development
• In-depth knowledge of sales and pharmaceutical product training
• Effective team-building and coaching capabilities
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve methods
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is mandatory

Prior experience in training, especially within pharma sales, is preferred
