Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of

  Sales Executives

  to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement

  sales strategies

  for promoting travel packages, services, and group tours.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  corporate clients, travel agents, and B2C customers

  .
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to ensure high productivity and service quality.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and forecasting for the Jaipur region.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution and lead generation initiatives.
• Handle key accounts and assist the team in closing high-value deals.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the pre- and post-sales processes.

Requirements:-

• Minimum

  3–5 years of experience in travel sales

  , with at least

  1 year in a leadership or team lead role

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  domestic and international travel products

  .
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo).
• Fluent in

  Hindi and English

  ; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to

  Jaipur

  .
