Sales Team Lead

About the role:

As a Telesales Team Lead, youll play a pivotal role in managing a dynamic sales team, ensuring peak performance in voice-based campaigns for premium domestic clients ( Health Insurance). You will blend strategy with mentorship to boost conversions, elevate service standards, and drive revenue in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales executives across inbound and outbound processes.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent achievement.
• Conduct training and refreshers for soft skills, product knowledge, and objection handling.
• Monitor calls for quality assurance, provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Liaise with operations, and quality teams for recruitment, reporting, and escalations.
• Analyze campaign performance reports and develop strategies for improvement.
• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and problem-solving finesse.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific protocols and data protection standards.
