Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Noida. As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the sales team to achieve targets, enhancing team performance, and ensuring the efficient functioning of daily operations. You will be responsible for managing, motivating, and leading a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a sales team of at least 10 members to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency within the team.
• Set clear goals and objectives for the sales team and ensure that they are aligned with company targets.
• Track sales metrics and analyze performance data to create reports and action plans.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development for team members.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and drive company growth.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining effective communication and resolving any escalated concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Must have experience working in the Ed-Tech industry.
• Proven track record of managing and motivating a sales team of at least 10 people.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales performance data.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
