● Ensure lead hygiene by validating documentation and monitoring communication timelines.
● Track demo readiness and identify issues in scheduling or preparation.
● Monitor lead movement across the funnel and flag gaps in follow-ups or qualification.
● Maintain up-to-date access to all key sales documents and resources.
● Review deals before CRM progression to ensure adherence to process and quality checks.
● Organize and document call recordings and demo sessions for internal review.
● Coordinate training, onboarding, and performance acceleration programs.
● Support handovers during team transitions to ensure no loss of sales context.
● Generate weekly and monthly performance dashboards and evaluation reports.
● Assist in forecasting by analyzing historical data and identifying trends.
● 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related function.
● Strong attention to detail with solid organizational and analytical skills.
● Proficiency in CRM systems; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
● Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
