Job Overview:

Sales Marketing Executives (Calling)

Key Responsibilities:

• 📞 Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to warm leads (from marketing campaigns, inquiries, and sign-ups).
• 🎯 Drive conversions by understanding learner goals and pitching the most relevant EdTech programs.
• 📧 Follow up on interested leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
• 📊 Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and status updates in the CRM.
• 💬 Overcome objections, handle queries, and nurture prospects throughout the decision-making cycle.
• 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights on user behavior and sales strategy improvements.
• 📆 Meet weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile:

• ✔️ 1–3 years of telesales, EdTech counseling, or inside sales experience (EdTech/Training background preferred).
• ✔️ Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
• ✔️ Passionate about education, upskilling, and making an impact.
• ✔️ Proficient in Google Sheets, CRM tools, email, and basic reporting.
• ✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a high-growth environment.
• ✔️ Strong communication and persuasion skills with active listening.
