Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by selling digital marketing courses to individual learners, students, and working professionals Conduct telephonic and video consultations to understand student needs and suggest suitable course offerings Convert inbound leads from landing pages, ads, webinars, and email campaigns into successful enrollments Execute outbound campaigns (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) to generate interest in our programs Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and optimize lead nurturing funnels Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and interactions Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and reporting KPIs to the sales manager Build strong rapport with prospects and provide pre-sales/post-sales support Stay updated with course content, market trends, and competitor offerings in the digital marketing education space Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of proven sales experience in the EdTech industry (selling digital marketing courses preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and digital outreach methods Strong understanding of digital marketing basics (SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.) is a plus High energy, self-driven, and target-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment Perks & Benefits: Competitive base salary with performance-linked incentives Fast career growth in a high-demand EdTech domain Work-from-home flexibility / Hybrid setup Access to premium digital marketing training for free Collaborative and learning-friendly work culture Show more Show less
