Role Description:

This is a full-time role for an Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM).

The AADM will play a key role in driving business growth by recruiting and developing a team of life insurance agents, achieving sales targets, and delivering customer-centric solutions. This role combines talent acquisition, performance management, and strategic execution to build a high-performing sales network. 

 

Employment Details:

  • Salary: Upto – 3.5 LPA 
  • Location: Lal Kothi, Jaipur (on-site). 
  • Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (6-day workweek). 


The AADM is responsible for recruiting and developing insurance agents, achieving business targets, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. 


 

Key Responsibilities of Business Development Executive:

 

1. Agent Recruitment

  • Source and build a strong agent pipeline through referrals and recruitment drives. 
  • Conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall. 
  • Follow 9-pointer hiring mechanism and GOLD process. 


2. Agent Development


  • Train agents using MNYL methods (FODs, PRPs, IID, GID). 
  • Develop agent work habits, calling habits, and goal planning. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs. 


3. Business Achievement


  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 
  • Drive product mix and agent productivity. 
  • Ensure persistency and activity ratios as per business plans. 


4. Customer Centricity


  • Conduct periodic customer meets and address queries effectively. 


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


  • Agent recruitment and activation as per plan 
  • Achievement of business plan and GPA 
  • Persistency as per MNYL grid 
  • GOLD Score compliance 
  • Number of EC/MDRT qualifying agents

Requirements:


  • Minimum 4 years residency in current location 
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in any type of sales  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration. 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales, marketing & business growth. 
  • Basic understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and CRM systems. 
  • Analytical ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
