Computer Junction Pvt. Ltd. (CJPL) is a leading provider of IT and Mobility rental services in India. We also specialize in examination support services and are recognized as pioneers in the industry. Our major offices are located in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Mohali, and Mumbai. As a reliable IT rental company, we offer a variety of equipment on rent including laptops, desktops, servers, printers, and CCTV cameras.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness and ability to work on-site in New Delhi
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the IT rental industry is a plus
