Job Title: Junior & Senior Sales Executive – Interior Design Agency Location: Koregaon Park/ SB Road, Pune. Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ Years in Sales (Preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, or Real Estate) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our interior design agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our interior design services. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development. Identify and target potential clients, including homeowners, real estate developers, and commercial businesses. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Client Relationship Management: Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to understand their interior design needs. Provide expert advice on design trends, space planning, and customization options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Handle client negotiations, contract finalization, and closing deals. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors as needed. Provide feedback to the design team based on client preferences and market trends. Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new design innovations. Contribute to marketing strategies, promotions, and brand-building initiatives. Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to expand business opportunities. Requirements: Proven Sales Experience (preferably in interior design, real estate, luxury home decor, or related industries). Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to engage and persuade high-end clients. Customer-Centric Approach – Understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Network & Industry Connections – A strong professional network in real estate, architecture, and related fields is a plus. Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with CRM software, sales tracking tools, and digital marketing strategies. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
