Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to engage and persuade high-end clients. Customer-Centric Approach – Understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Network & Industry Connections – A strong professional network in real estate, architecture, and related fields is a plus. Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with CRM software, sales tracking tools, and digital marketing strategies. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
