Job Description

LLocation: Across Punjab
Role: Team Leader – Field Sales
Industry: Sales & Distribution
Team Size: 10–20 Field Sales Executives (varies by region)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and monitor a team of Field Sales Executives in assigned areas of Punjab.
Track daily attendance, movement, and performance of sales associates.
Ensure timely enrollments, market mapping, and order collection by the team.
Conduct regular field visits to support and audit the team’s work.
Analyze sales data and share daily/weekly reports with senior management.
Provide training, motivation, and performance feedback to team members.
Resolve issues faced by the team in the field and ensure smooth operations.
Act as a communication bridge between the ground team and management.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
2+ years of experience in field sales with at least 1 year in a team-handling role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel and sales tracking tools
Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone
Knowledge of Punjab’s local markets and geography is a must
