Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Real Estate Sales Professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for building and cultivating strong client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


1) Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, online platforms).

2) Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

3) Property Marketing & Presentation: Effectively market and present properties to prospective buyers.

4) Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate deals effectively and close sales transactions.

5) Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

6) Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.

7) Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
