Role Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their interior design needs. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase TUD Spaces’ offerings. Prepare and submit sales proposals and bids tailored to client requirements. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term partnerships. Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies to increase market share. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage client information. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote TUD Spaces. Gather customer feedback and provide insights for product improvement. Prepare regular sales reports detailing performance, challenges, and opportunities. Resolve client issues and inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the interior design or related industry. Strong understanding of the sales process and customer behavior. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels. Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on win-win solutions. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized with strong time management skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and determination to succeed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients as required. Knowledge of interior design trends and materials is an advantage. Flexible to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. Positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
