Responsibilities Process and team builder: You thrive in organizing chaos into structured sales processes. Help us standardize and scale: You implement frameworks that improve sales efficiency. Detail-Oriented & Analytical: You focus on continuous improvement backed by data. Structured Thinker: You simplify complex sales challenges into repeatable training frameworks. Hands-On & Execution-Focused: You drive implementation, not just advise. Communication Aficionado - Knows how to create world-class decks and collaterals that deliver complex stories in the most simplified manner. Identify the requirement for sales training programs (content and content training) and manage the entire program. Enforce CRM discipline and ensure data integrity to use analytics to improve efficiency. Analyze sales data to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Create and maintain sales enablement content. Help refine and create international processes using domestic processes as a base. Regularly assess the sales executives across the value chain, rate and improve them through a structured mechanism to achieve a consistent standard across the organization and to ensure the continuous growth of the executives. Requirements Sales Training & Playbook Creation - Can translate unstructured sales knowledge into structured, repeatable training for fresh, cross-sell sell and upsell opportunities Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices. Strong knowledge of creating high-quality, effective, engaging, and differentiating sales content. Strong knowledge of mentoring the sales executives at different levels in the value chain to deliver the most impactful and standard sales pitch for different stages and personas in the customer journey. CRM & Data Hygiene - Strong in Zoho CRM management, automation, and reporting to drive insights (Zoho experience preferred; hands-on CRM experience mandatory). Process & Productivity Enhancement - Implements methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales to improve sales effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Works with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to align processes. Ideate decks and collaterals - Work with Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders to create impactful sales decks, collaterals, and templates for the entire customer journey. Experience At least 5-7 years in B2B SaaS/Tech sales enablement. Has built sales playbooks, onboarding programs, and training modules from scratch.
