Sales Development Representative

highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and social selling to generate qualified leads.
• Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of BIM Heroes’ solutions and the pain points we solve.
• Collaborate with the sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot).
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and quota targets.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar SDR/BDR role (preferably in SaaS, construction tech, or related industries).
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Proficient in outbound sales tools and CRM systems.
• Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic sales environment.
• Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
• A passion for digital innovation in the construction and design industries is a big plus.
