Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop 3D models in Autodesk Revit.
Prepare project drawings and construction documents in Autodesk Revit and

AutoCAD for both new design and renovation projects.

Previous experience with BIM is required on residential or commercial projects.
Ready to work from m the office location : Vaishali Nagar, Ajmer road, Jaipur)

Qualifications:

2 years or 4years degree in Engineering/Architectural Technology, Building

Construction Drawings, Computer Aided Drafting, or similar with 1-4 years of work

experience.

Candidates should have experience in construction document production and be

proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

The candidate have a in-depth understanding of architectural design fundamentals.
Good communication, writing skills, and interpersonal skills required.
Must be able to work in a team environment.

Note:

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who can construct clear diagrams using

AutoCAD.

This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project

completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.

This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks frequently

in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
