Sales Development Representative

Company Description

App0 is an early stage company building an AI powered Customer Experience Platform. This is our second company after we successfully exited our previous business for 9 figures, and we have raised capital from the same investors who were early backers of Google, Salesforce and Uber.

This is a remote position and requires working US hours.

Why this role matters

You’ll be the first voice many global brands hear from App0. Your research, outreach, and follow‑through will build pipeline and shape how prospects see us. You’ll work closely with founders and GTM leadership, making a direct impact on revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting:

  Run multi‑channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) targeting VP/C‑level eCommerce and marketing leaders in North America.

• Inbound qualification:

  Quickly vet incoming leads, uncover pain points, and book discovery calls for Account Executives.

• Deep research & personalization:

  Use public data, social signals, and tech‑stack insights to craft tailored messages.

• Iterate & optimize:

  Track every touch in HubSpot, A/B test messaging, and share results to improve playbooks.

• Cross‑team collaboration:

  Feed prospect intel to marketing and product; help refine ICP and positioning for the India market when needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ success as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS. Experience selling to eCommerce, martech, or retail a plus.
• Deep expertise with latest AI based tools such as Clay, Instantly, AI SDR etc.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed activity and meeting quotas.
• Crisp business writing; comfortable engaging senior executives.
• Willingness to work 6 pm–2 am IST (approx.) for U.S. overlap.
• Growth mindset - data‑driven, coachable, and proactive.
