Job Title: Sales Counsellor / Sr. Sales Counsellor – Data Science & Agentic AI Products Department : Sales & Business Development Location : South Delhi (Work from Office Only) Employment Type : Full-Time | Individual Contributor Company Overview Career Lab Consulting Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing EdTech company offering next-generation programs in Data Science , Agentic AI , and other tech-focused career domains. Key Responsibilities Make 150 outbound dials per day to prospective learners and working professionals. Achieve minimum 150 minutes of daily talk time with interested leads and follow-ups. Conduct 5 supervisor calls daily with high-potential prospects for better conversions. Counsel learners about program features, career outcomes, and job guarantee models in Data Science and Agentic AI . Drive the complete sales lifecycle: lead qualification, needs analysis, pitching, objection handling, closing, and follow-ups. Maintain daily performance logs and CRM hygiene as per company KPIs. Own and deliver aggressive monthly targets in a high-performance environment. Coordinate with the marketing and support team for seamless lead flow and post-sale onboarding. Key Performance Indicators (KRAs) 150 Calls + 150 Minutes Talk Time – Mandatory Daily Targets 5 Supervisor Calls Daily – on Quality Prospects Achieve 50% of Monthly Sales Target in Month 1 – else 50% Payroll Deduction will be applicable. Daily KRA Performance is Linked to Attendance – Consistent underperformance may affect attendance records. Immediate contribution is expected — no learning buffer period . Required Qualifications & Skills Passion for Sales with an exceptional hunger to meet and exceed targets. Prior experience (min. 6 months – 3 years) in EdTech / SaaS / Tech Product Sales preferred. Strong product knowledge in Data Science , AI , and emerging technologies like Agentic AI (or willingness to learn extremely fast). Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English + Hindi). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in high-pressure environments. Strong self-belief in hitting sales goals — only those confident in their ability should apply .
