Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, developing business strategies, and effectively communicating with clients and team members. The role requires a proactive approach to driving business growth and expanding market presence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business Strategy related to IT Industry
• Conduct

  cold calling

  and

  cold emailing

  to international prospects to promote IT services.
• Identify, qualify, and generate new B2B leads using databases.
• Schedule Zoom/Google Meet appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects via email/WhatsApp until a response or closure.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and within remote teams
• Experience in the software development industry is a plus
