Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Business Development Executive (IT). The individual in this position will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing business strategies, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients in the US IT market through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, cold calling, and emails.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities for IT staffing services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client hiring needs and work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill them.
• Schedule meetings, give presentations, and submit proposals to US clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update CRM with leads and opportunities.
• Stay up to date with US IT market trends, staffing demands, and competitor activities.

Required Skills:-

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of IT Sales is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and handle client calls confidently.
