Sales Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Support:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally during night hours.
• Provide detailed product or service information and resolve queries efficiently.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication and prompt service.
• Sales Execution:
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and conversion rates.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Communicate clearly and confidently over phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, customer support, etc.) for smooth order processing.
• Data Entry & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales logs using basic Excel functions.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with the team lead or manager.
• Process Adherence:
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Participate in night shift handovers and ensure all follow-ups are recorded.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and promotional offers.
• Attend regular training sessions and contribute to team development initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
• Prior experience or strong understanding of the sales field.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
• Comfortable working in night shift hours and flexible with scheduling as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
