Responsiblities:


Network Development: Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with doctors, nutritionists, and gym trainers to create a referral network.


Product Promotion: Educate and train healthcare and fitness professionals on the benefits and unique features of our products to encourage recommendations.


Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into partnerships.


Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets by leveraging partnerships and networks.


Events and Workshops: Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and networking events to promote the brand and strengthen partnerships.


Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and feedback from professionals to refine strategies.


Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.


Reporting and Metrics: Track and report progress, partnership outcomes, and referral rates to management.



Skills Required


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably in healthcare or wellness industries.


Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Ability to build and nurture professional relationships with healthcare and fitness professionals.


A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.


Understanding of health and wellness products or services is a plus
