Job Title: Sales & Marketing Professionals – Healthcare Location: Medpark Hospital, Mohali Department: Sales & Marketing Experience: 2–5 Years (Healthcare or Hospital industry preferred) Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Medpark Healthcare is seeking dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Professionals to expand our outreach, build strong referral networks, and enhance patient footfall across OPD, IPD, and Health Packages. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare business development, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to represent the brand professionally in the community and corporate sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and health packages. Identify and onboard potential referral doctors, clinics, and corporate clients. Conduct regular field visits to maintain relationships with consultants, RWAs, wellness centers, etc. Generate and follow up on leads for OPD, IPD, diagnostic, and specialty clinic services. Organize and manage health camps, CME programs, outreach activities, and patient education events. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns. Monitor competition, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Handle digital marketing coordination with agency/vendors for social media, SEO, and campaigns. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to patient footfall, revenue, and engagement. Maintain detailed reports on daily activities, leads, visits, and follow-ups using CRM or internal systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare. 2–5 years of experience in hospital marketing, diagnostics, TPA liaison, or healthcare outreach. Proven track record of achieving sales/marketing targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong local network within the healthcare ecosystem of Mohali/Tricity region. Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of healthcare services, packages, and patient behavior. Experience in digital marketing or working with design/advertising agencies. Familiarity with hospital CRM, ERP, or lead management tools.
