Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive revenue growth for our exhibitions, media publications, and senior digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and event sponsorships, preferably within the travel, tourism, or media sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across exhibitions, advertising, and media verticals.
• Identify and approach prospective clients for event participation, sponsorships, and advertising.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tourism boards, travel companies, airlines, and hospitality brands.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including pitch, negotiation, closure, and post-sales support.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and content teams to ensure alignment of deliverables with client expectations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
• Attend travel and trade industry events to represent the company and expand the client base.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in media, exhibitions, or travel industry and Event Management.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Exposure to international sales or event sponsorships will be an added advantage.
