Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Robotics STEM Trainer at RobotexIndia located in Bengaluru. The Robotics STEM Trainer will be responsible for tasks such as robotic welding, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and creating robots. The role involves hands-on training, conducting workshops, and mentoring students in robotics-related projects.

Must-Have Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related STEM fields.
• Certifications in AI, Robotics, Coding, or STEM education preferred.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in robotics kits such as Arduino, EV3, or micro:bit.
• Strong foundation in block-based and text-based coding (Scratch, Python, C/C++).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML modules, IoT sensors, or drone technology is a plus.

Teaching & Training Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in delivering STEM or robotics sessions in schools, colleges, or training institutes.
• Experience training government school students or underserved communities is highly valued.

Language & Communication Skills

• Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.

Adaptability & Innovation

• Flexible with travel across Indian states for training and championships.
• Creative problem solver who can adapt to dynamic classroom environments.
