Role Summary:

This is a high-impact support role designed for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who will shadow and support the CRO across strategic and operational functions. The role combines executive assistance, cross-functional coordination, and business operations — ideal for someone early in their career looking to grow in revenue and strategy functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Calendar Management

• Shadow the CRO in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
• Manage calendar, meetings, briefings, and preparation documents

Communication & Coordination

• Be the primary liaison between CRO and internal/external stakeholders
• Draft and manage emails, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and ops teams

Revenue & Business Operations

• Track revenue metrics, pipelines, and forecasts
• Assist with board presentations and leadership updates
• Consolidate sales team performance and CSM-generated leads
• Follow up persistently with prospects

Travel & Event Planning

• Manage CRO’s travel, event schedules, and reimbursements

Special Projects

• Support confidential business initiatives, investor decks, and research
• Aid in revenue growth strategies and market intelligence

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–2 years in EA, Chief of Staff, or Revenue Ops roles
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, MS Office, CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot), and PM tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
• High discretion, critical thinking, and time management abilities
• Basic understanding of sales/revenue operations
