The Role

CVP Research & Consulting is actively looking for a Research Associate who is instinctively driven by the question 'why?'. We need a proactive problem-solver who can keep our complex market research projects on track, from planning recruitment and coordinating fieldwork to managing timelines and troubleshooting issues. You'll be someone who enjoys the thrill of a data deep-dive and also excels at communicating progress and findings to bring our internal teams, field partners, and clients together to achieve our mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment questionnaires, data entry sheets, and survey questionnaires.
• Plan and coordinate fieldwork with partners, ensuring necessary training and quality checks are implemented.
• Provide regular project progress reports and updates to field partners and clients.
• Oversee project timelines and coordinate data collection to ensure study objectives are met.
• Manage project quotas and monitor key field metrics (progress, incidence, timelines, response rates).
• Troubleshoot project issues with urgency and negotiate necessary changes to keep things on track.
• Communicate study progress and collaborate with researchers to discuss and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Education:

   A Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably with a major in Marketing.

• Experience:

   0-1 years of relevant work experience. Freshers with the necessary skills are encouraged to apply.

• Core Skills:

   Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities.

• Analytical Skills:

   A strong aptitude for working with data and number crunching.

• Technical Skills:

   Proficiency in MS Office and demonstrated internet research acumen.

• Collaboration:

   The ability to communicate and work efficiently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
