About the Role:

Virtual Legal Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage appointments, client consultations, and internal meetings across time zones.
• Coordinate attorneys’ calendars using tools like Outlook, Google Calendar, or Clio.
• Send reminders and follow-ups to clients and team members.
• Liaise with clients via email or phone to confirm meeting details.
• Update and maintain CRM and scheduling platforms.
• Provide administrative support including file organization, basic document prep, and data entry.
• Flag scheduling conflicts or urgent updates in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a virtual assistant or legal admin (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with legal office procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools (Google Workspace, MS Outlook, Calendly, Zoom, etc.).
• Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. time zones).
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
